內容: 由第一島發行之新章程, 將採用加入下述條款之新版本. 新版章程適用於: 公司設立, 轉移代理, 更改公司名稱, 增加/減少資註冊資本額等.
 
說明: 為因應眾多客戶之需求, 自2025年8月4日起, 第一島塞舌爾公司之章程將一律新增”The Company is prohibited from issuing bearer shares.”(中譯: 本公司禁止發行不記名股票)於7.2條款中, 完整內容請參閱以下紅字所示.

7.     Authorised capital
 
7.2       The directors are empowered to allot and issue shares as registered shares only at such times, on such terms and conditions, with such rights and to such persons or class of persons, as the directors may at their own discretion determine by Resolution of Directors. The Company is prohibited from issuing bearer shares.
